Ask us questions

During the programme, feel free to ask questions and we will be happy to provide you with answers. For example…

  • Understanding UK universities and UK Master’s expectations
  • Reading academic texts more critically
  • identifying an author’s argument
  • Moving from description to analysis
  • Structuring paragraphs and arguements
  • Planning a literature review
  • Developing research questions
  • Understanding basic research methods
  • Preparing for seminars
  • Using feedback effectively
  • Managing independent study
  • Using AI responsibly in your research and written work
  • Understanding academic integrity expectations
  • And more!

How feedback works

Feedback on our programmes is developmental. It is designed to help students understand what is working, what could be improved, and how their academic thinking or writing might be strengthened.

  • Feedback is not a formal grade.
  • Tasks are not exams.
  • Feedback may be individual or group-based.
  • You may ask how your work might typically be assessed at UK Master’s level.
  • Feedback helps you to improve future work, not just correct one task.

What we cannot do

We provide academic preparation and guidance, but we do not complete work for students or replace the role of a university tutor.

  • We do not write essays, applications, dissertations or assignments.
  • We do not guarantee university admission, grades or outcomes.
  • We do not provide visa or immigration advice.
  • We do not make decisions on behalf of universities.
  • We do not provide formal English-language qualifications.
  • We do not replace a student’s university support services.
  • We do not authorise AI use in university assignments.

Optional continuing support

Some students choose to continue receiving academic guidance after they begin their Master’s.
